I didn't mean you always rated 7's. What I mean is that some people post pictures they know don't have a good technical quality, and they expect people to rate it low and explain how to improve his/her photograph. But then, they receive a high rate and a congratulation saying the picture is perfect. They don't understand this, and think the person is not being honest. Of course some people rate a picture for the feeling it conveys, not the technical quality. And that's the point here. People have different ideas of the 'quality' of a picture. Just that.

Ps. Thanks for your comment! You are very right, but you misunderstood me! I don't want all photos being rated 7! I want that WHEN we rate a photo 7, that persons/photos rating should not drop down. It happens many times to me that I rate a photo 7, and the persons photo drops from 6.0 to 5.9. And that feels very uncomfortable, because the person will think I am lying when I SAY one thing and his/her rating falls down one step after I leave.
So I definitely don't think we should rate all photos 7, just that when we do the system should not lie!
