This is very nice.
The position of her hand is very eloquent. Her eyes have a beautiful dark blue , and her lips are a bright red, in comparison to the contrast of the overall tone.
At a first glance I noticed a little pixelation in detail, probably from the scanner. However, sometimes I cannot see it, so it might just be me. The jewelry on her neck makes it hard to tell if it's a pair of long earings or part of a necklace, or something else completely. It almost distracts me.
If I were to change something, I would remove the watch from her wrist in order to keep the continuity of her skin.
With that said, I have to say this is a very good portrait! Good job.
