to me does not seem unfocusing problem but some camera shake but I am not sure of course i.e. not applicable if you used a tripod for example or may be as you said lens problem with macro setting

The photo is excellent, the focus really sharp, and the DOF just right, but I wonder whether you might be slightly disappointed by the quality of the image in the out-of-focus areas? Zooms have problems with this, and this Tamron is no exception. Macros, of course, are where this is going to show.
