Stephan, I admire your work, it is simply wonderful and inspiring. You have a life that most would be photographers can only wish for. This piece is awesome, everything is finely done, posing, lighting, presentation, a true professional image, congratulations. I must say I am flattered that someone of your caliber would comment on my "Creek Life" recently. I really appreciate the input and, I am fully aware of what it would take to make it really good. The output quality is poor, I agree, just thought it was interesting and that is about the best it was going to get. I was actually out shooting primarily video of these damsel flies and brought a 35mm along. Had an old lense, which I wanted to decide wether to keep or get rid of once and for all. The original image included some flowers on the bank and this was a deep crop from that original. the polarizer for that lense dropped and broke recently, so I was left kind of desperate. Trying to upgrade all my equipment as it has been many years of abuse since most of it was new. Starting to work with digital and, like you, taking a renewed interest in portraits, which is my first love. Thank you once agian for your insightful comment and hope to hear form you again, Cary
