Great cropping that follows his hat. Love the profile portrait and it is a good thing he is so intense with his attention. This is a job I sure would not want - but at least he goes home with a paycheck everytime compared to the stock riders. :)

difficult colors for the digital...looks good though Dave. You may know this but if you bring up a Hue sat adjustment layer and scroll to red or whatever color you want to change and select the color with the middle eyedropper then pull the sat slider down your color will blend better...see ya rog
