cool, i get this immediately..you shot a wall with the a shadow on it..(i think??) Very, very clever and the textures of the cement add a lot of interest to the overall design. Very rich, very well exposed and captured. (You really are so generous with your techniques and information..i think you must be such a good and kind man) kat~

Hej igen, denna bild tycker jag är OUTSTANDING. Jag tyckte det var ägg, mossa och kakel. Den är härlig i alla fall. Jeanette

Stefan, I like this a lot! It does has a certain 'Fabio-ishness' to it :) In the thumbnail it did look a bit like green eggs (where's the ham?) as Jeanette suggested! The contrast of the green on the cinderblock is interesting on it's own, but the pattern added by the shadow transforms it into a series of vignettes, each one drawing the eye to be explored individually. Very nicely done!

Hugo - this is a single exposure straight out of the camera. Some cinderblocks were filtering the late afternoon light onto this wall.

Hi Stefan, Very intriguing photo. I like the moss covered bricks and the effect of the grating. Done by the use of DOF, a shadow cast by a really strong light or a double exposure? Very cool shot, it tells a story and leaves a lot to the viewers imagination. Very well done!
Cheers,
Hugo

I'm usually a fan of images with a clear sense of focus... ones that slap me in the fact and say "Look Here!"... this doesn't have that. I'm not too sure where I'm supposed to stay focuses, but I find that it doesn't matter here. I can look at the image as a whole, at the textures and colours interwoven together and feel a strong sense of power. There is a nice balance between light and dark here as well.... all in all, very well done!
PS-- like the bio picture! It's nice to put a face to the pictures and comments!

Hi Jeanette - not a double exposure, just a lucky catch on the wall of this greenhouse :-)

Such a eye-catcher. You succeeded well with this double exposure. Is it eggs with a wall and then moss from a stone? Anyway, it?s looks nice to me. (Hmm, jag tror du har blivit inspirerad... :) ) /Jeanette
