Darrin, this is excellent. Very good use of DOF, a nice diagonal composition and a lot of dynamism. The yellow tone provides a very good atmosphere, warm, hard labour and activity. Maybe the photo would have been slightly stronger without the left handrail, and a narrow crop would emphasise the effort of those girls. See attached crop.

I like the framing, but the white inner line seems to be missing on the left and top side.
