Mmm the picture looks to light. I like that effect but to reach a sillouet you must take a quiker shutter, light can not fall on a subject so you get a sillouet. Sorry for the recent lack of comments, but I've been very bussy whit school. But now I'am 100% usefilm availeble, so the comment rain will drop down again! Greets Tim.

I think what you should of done here is when taking the photo, rotate you body about 20 degree to the right to get more land in it and less sky and then the sky wouldnt be so overpowering and the huge amount of water.
Its lacking sharpness which can easy be fixed in photoshop with the sharpness filter.
Also If you have photoshop CS you might want to try using 'photo filter' which is in the adjusments tab and you can do like a 50% warm filter which will make this image a little more inviting.
