All ur photographs has a grainy and soft feel to it .. how do u get those effects in ur photographs... as u have said u 've used a piece of onion paper and sandwitched it ... then u scanned and worked on the negative or directly printed the sandwitched negative..... Plus I 've no idea what do u mean by onion paper..

Thanks for the Kind comments Connie,, the grainy look is dont when Iprinted the photograph, I sandwhiched the negative, with a piece of onion paper to achieve this effect :) thought it kinda antiqued it abit :) glad you liked it

I love this shot! Did you use a photoshop filter or slow film for the graininess? Just beautiful :)

I liked the way you named it "Granny's Pot" And I do mean pot. (hehe). My grandchildren call me granny, and believe me I know this pot. I've lived this type of lifestyle, well at least one time for four years, in the woods, with no running water, etc. etc. it was fun, but what a hardship, especially when it was in the 90's. Had to get away from it, just to hard on a person working with two young boys and all....Wasn't "hippie" kind of stuff either, was the real old fashioned way. Anyway, wish I had known about photography then,,,as there are beatiful pictures to be caught in the woods. And you've captured the "rustic" way of life nicely in this photo.
