Martin, this image has such an indelible quality. It is like an ad for the Discovery Channel. When you are a kid it is sometimes difficult to listen to your mom, being life is filled with so much adventure. This photo has so much going for it.

When I was a kid I never thought of using a stick as a wave-form generator. This just covers everything -- from Archimedes to Newton.

The mountain bike is a perfect example of conservation of angular motion. Just think of where we would be if Archimedes had a bike like that.

Once again, wonderful image. Regards, Bill

What a nice catch ! My only (very minor) critique would be that the reflected head is a bit close to the edge, and so it the bike at the top... But no doubt, it still works !! I really like this.

A nice reflection with a nice action. The use of black and white and the contrast are eye-catching. Good photo!

Hey marty,

Now this is a very nice image, where have you been hiding yourself lately. A few more mm at the top and this would be a great print to own.

Effective. For me this is an image that works as well
upside down as rightside up.

Mord, this too is great. The reflection was used perfectly. I hope you know this kid, so you can make his mohter happy with this photo.

Trust me, I am just a guy who loves what he does, plus I spend a lot of time looking for locations and get out of bed ALWAYS ;). The camera I use is a Noblex (2.4cm x 6.6cm), a true panoramic camera. Love it, but like any camera, it has its limitations.

I'll second that. Another brilliant picture. You manage to capture so much detail, even with high contrast!I've said before that I understand the limitations of film scanning, size reduction and compression yet, even so, you pictures still contain so much. What I'd give to see an original, full size (and full detail) print. Another job well done.
