Beatiful composition, Rob. For me, what really makes this image is the way you framed the shot so as to get the elegant S-curve of the trunk lid in just the way you did.
Did you notice that the shadow looks like an old man with a large nose and double chin?
I would be curious to see this same composition with more front-lighting to eliminate the shadow. I don't know if it would look better or worse, but I wonder how it would look with just the 2 elements of the taillight and the curve.
