Would it be advisable to try to "repair" this image, or should I just live with it and learn from it? I have to go back to that site and shoot the same scene again; DC is famous for cherry blossoms, and they should be in bloom in just a few weeks!

Two suggestions that might really improve this picture. (1) Keep the horizon straight, and (2) don't cut people in half with the edge of the frame--either let them in or keep them out. Either can work! Here, I would say "in" because of that bright red T-shirt. There's much that's good in this--the balanced contrast between trees on the left and human structure on right, nice perspective and reflection of the bridge, and beautiful delicate blues in sky and water...
