About	I constantly photograph Annie, she lives with me in my dorm. And tonight we were coming home from the restaurant Serendipity and we were waiting for the subway and I just took out my camera and starting taking pictures of her like I usually do and I came home and saw this one and I love it! Annie is so comfortable in front of me and my camera. She lets me photograph her as much as I like. She's the perfect subject, because she has so much inner beauty and love and kindness of spirit that it just radiates and I am so lucky to capture it with my camera.

Your portraits show a wonderful empathy for your subjects. Keep shooting and build on this feeling as it is a wonderful strength to have in photography. Thanks for showing us your images.

The picture is different and spontanies and for that I like it. The only thing is that it's a little dark on the right side. If your able too, try to add some light on the right side to bring out her hair and hood of her shirt by using a flash or to get her under a lamp of some type.
