I gave it a 9 out of 10, good work. By not givig it the full 10 means I have to try and have a way to make it better....
the only thing I might have done is to have cloned out those three posts on the road side, they annoy me for some reason.

Beautiful capture, Larry... the mist, the older brick bridge, the B&W toning... all makes this image stand out. Weird that there is mist/fog on one side of the bridge but not the other, but I think it worked to your advantage. (9)

I like this shot. Only thing I can think of is that the left edge of the image seems a bit close. I'm not sure, though. Love the lines of the bridge. Just a bit of cropping on top and a bit more of a leading edge on the left would do it for me. Excellent!
