subhash,
your approach to portraiture is very good, direct and open and persuasive. please watch out for soem imbalance though. put you faces/objects a little off centre. it makes more tension in the picture. and do watch out for the back ground. this also seems to lack a little in sharpness.

What a face! This is good, maybe you could have gone in closer though, eliminating dull background and adding more emphasis to the subject. He looks a little wary, maybe you could make the subject a little more comfortable before taking the shot. Nice though!
