Subhash, you have found another wonderful subject for this candid portrait - your country is so rich with cultural diversity and humanity - offering such a wealth of faces to photograph. In this case you would have greatly benefitted by using some sort of fill flash on your camera to bring light to the deep shadows of this man's face. Don't be afraid to use flash in these kind of bright daylight conditions, to lessen the deep shadows and bring detail to those darkened areas. I took your photo into Photoshop and found that you really do still have some great detail in the face and eyes that could be pulled out with some simple levels adjustments. It may not be optimal for a large print, but certainly brings out alot in this smaller version. Hope you don't mind my fiddling, but I thought you may enjoy and learn a bit from the results...
