Thanks for th ecomment Kim, I've mixed feelings on the bright blue on the right. No filter was used. I'll try printing it with the blue towned down and see how it works.

Beautiful! Perfectly applied effects here. What kind of paper will this be printed on? Printer?

The deep reds caught my eye in this image... and then the impressionistic painterly feel pulled me all the way in. Works well as a photo and a painting. I'm not sure if you used a polarising filter or not, but it might have helped to reduce the glare on the water on the right side of the frame, where it's a lot more blue than everywhere else. I think toned down a bit might work a bit better.
