Bjorn, if this is a zoo situation where the birds are fairly tame, and you can easily go there again, I'd suggest trying to positon your camera lower, so that you are more on the stork's level rather than looking down on it. The whites appear a bit too light as Harry said, and I don't like the white object under the stork's feet.

Thanks for all your comments. The scan made this picture rather blurry, I need a decent neg-scanner urgently, this flatbed things make me crazy!!! Jan: the picture was taken at Planckendael.

I know this following comment is the same as on your previous post, but it also has the same good things and things to improve: Good composed stork portrait Bjorn. Excellent depth of field, but it seems a bit overexposed and because of that there is some loss of detail in the feathers of the stork. There also is a bit of a purple color cast and some distracting horizontal lines in the photo. The sharpness gould be better. Nice work, but needs some improvement.....Best regards Harry
