Patricia Eifel: No it is not a composite but I appreciate the dark edged areas you are reffering to. The foreground was originally underexposed which had to be lightened up. The edges are not perfect, something I could improve on. Maybe some day I will! :)

A beautiful image with great light. My only critique is that the dark edge and halo on the rocks appear unnatural to me. Is this from extreme dodging or is this a composite? In any case, the scene is lovely.
