i'd use a lil flash too, it'll freeze him and fill in the details nicely (of course that forces you to slow your shutter speed to the sync on the n65, probably 1/90th sec, but the flash will compensate for that) great shot jake
Aloha Jake! My son Scott is also heavy into skating, he too is 16. I would guess that he has gone through 30-40 boards or so up to now. They are not free either....no what I mean?? This is a very good image Jake. I particularly like the height this guy has here, plus the movement and colors of the big tree behind him really add a nice touch. The lines on the road and the rail or wall also work here for this type of shot. I would try to edit out the car if you have Photoshop. Personally I like not being able to see the guys face, but he might not like that. Good job. Keep them coming!!
