David, absolutely adorable!
I like the composition. Perhaps blue upper right corner is a bit distracting and the portrait feels a bit flat somehow.
I always look for areas of interest in a photo, and here the boy's eyes just suck you in! I like it!

Very cute.. Actualy it;s like looking at myself that age.. Same curls and same blue eyes.. And if someone with those eyes tells you something is art, how can you not believe him..;)
