Ian,
I understand what you were tryng to say...I actually found a new term blokes! Had never heard it and had to look it up! :) Like I said "heart is on my sleeve" so i am a bit sensitive. But thanks for clearing it up and coming to see my stuff...all the best.

Aaarghh,Jennifer, it was supposed to be a joke, well at least a humourous observation, seems to have misfired! The target being more us blokes and certainly not questioning your motives. Rereading my comments I can see how it might come across. However, can't change it so at least it brought about your follow up comment which is really interesting and perhaps gives the picture yet another slant based on 'objectified'.
From your folder, I love the experiments and as for the model....., like most commentors I find myself wanting to cyberflirt like crazy!
Thanks for still liking my work!

Ian,
OUCH I wasn't trying to sell anything to anyone or maybe I am mis-interpreting your "pandering to the Blokes" comment. The picture came blurred because I haven't quite figured my camera out taking pics of my face that close up...but hey isn't that how its usually is afterall..i lend myself to be objectified and somehow its always my mistake.
Anyways I will say thanks for the other half of the compliment...and I still think you do really good work...

Jennifer, from the other comments I guess this is a self portrait,um over 100 views,I wonder why!!! Interesting how you have pandered to the blokes here by blurring your face and making the lower portion of the image sharp, not that we usually need this kind of help! No wonder you're expression is so mischevious. Anyway, your high key treatment turns what others might discard into something interesting and modern. I wouldn't alter the colours though but would touch out the white spots in the black area behind you.
Can't see your sleeve but keep your heart there and it will bring joy and pain but life will not be dull.
Thanks for comment on About a Boy, much appreciated.

Jennifer,

Great work on the new photo ?your very beautiful?

Thanks so much for your nice comments and great observations. People are real ?not plastic as many seem to be here? in most of these countries. It?s refreshing! ?by the way, I have no system I just put to photos up as they grab me?. I?m headed back to Africa for a month in January ?I?m sure by March you?ll be saying could you please pick a new country!?

Thanks, and again great work!

laura (your real name is laura isn't it ?), "i'm gonna let you in on a little secret. everyday - once a day - give yourself a present. don't plan it, don't wait for it, just let it happen. it could be a new shirt in a men's store, a cat-nap in your office chair, or two cups of hot black coffee"...

and, by the way, memories are immune from regression...
