The Yellowish cast, from what I have heard is caused by all the lights in the city. It was taken in San Diego, California which is home to about 1.5 million people. It was hard to get the color correct, but I did try changing it somewhat. (included)

This one has some possibilities. Try playing around with some bizarre color effects.
