Hi Javed,
Excellent!

I have posted a pic of a similar snake doing the same thing, but i had it from different angle. In order to avoid the glare i added a close-up +2 to get close to the glass then a polarizer to reduce glare or reflections on the glass if any. I hope you have a look at and tell me your opinion :)

Great capture. Considered that it was taken via glass, it is pretty sharp. Very nice details and awesome colours

Thanks Javed! That site is great. I will read it carefully. I think I'm manual phobic too. I'll look at the photobrush also.
Leaving now, eyes averted......;)

oh, what external flash do you have? I've been studying them too.

Peta, Purple colored lines are called "Chromatic Aberrations", almost all digital cameras have them, olympus more than others. I use photobrush, it has a filter that removes them, you can download the demo version and see it foryourself. Sorry about your snake phobia, did not mean to scare you.

Javed, I am rating this on the thumbnail and others comments...I'm sure it's a jolly looking creature, but it's already cold here today and if I view it any larger than a thumbnail my blood will turn ice cold! I'm THAT phobic.;)

Sorry did not use my 5050, but it would not have taken that as well in that lighting! I tried it.:) I just wish they'd made the 2100 again with more MP.
How do you get rid of the purple coloured edge on photos taken in daylight? I took one where a building outline and powerlines cross a white sky. I know there is a way to fix this, forgot the tech name for it.

This was taken via glass using a handheld external flash. Trick is to keep the flash right next to the glass at a higher level, pointing down towards the subject, camera next to the glass as well to avoid the glare. Hope this helps, incase you are wodering how made this shot.
