That is such a beautiful photo. I just started getting into lighthouses. I visited Maine (for the second time) last summer and saw the Bass Harbor Lighthouse (http://www.usefilm.com/image/475995.html). I've since photographed one in Chicago and two on the Jersey shore. Your photos are making me consider travelling back up the coast of Maine...

Thats not winter in Maine..Thats a cold summer's day..I know, I lived in Maine.
Kidding aside, its a very good picture. The snow puts some light and detail into what usually, for me, came out a black hole of dark rocks in the shade. Nice balance to objects as well.
