John, I'd like to answer your question: it's not "foggy frame" and not "Cokin filter". I did this filter myself. I took plastic bag from food, cut round, did a small holl in a middle and keep it on my lens with elastic rubber. I have read it in a "Digital Camera" magazine (by the way - Very good magazine, a lot of information about technic from PS).

Hi Elena! Is that foggy frame a PS work or a Cokin filter? Eather or, I think this frame is very good for this photos. It gives nicely the moment, a moment of a dream! ...Personaly I prefer it more soft, not the beariness but the scale. The clarity cames pretty fast. I hope to understand what I mean.
