This looks great Eric. Very saturated, you'd almost think it's velvia. Well done!
The foreground looks like it's underexposed a tad. But you've obviously exposed for the sky, or at least that's what your meter thought you were trying to do. Now, for all I know that was intentional, so I'll leave it at that. However, as I've learned from you and others in this site there are many ways that one could shoot the same object.
Here's an other suggestion: Judging from the title, your aim was to show case that magnificent sky. An other way you could have chosen to shoot this is meter and shoot for the foreground but use a polariser to maintain the whites and beautiful blues you've already captured in the sky. This way, the entire image would be even more balanced.
Either way, beautiful capture. If it were I that shot this photo, I'd be proud of it!

Very good lighting. Beautiful colors. Maybe you could try another viewpoint to get rid of that plants in the foreground.
