Very nice shot... I would prefer to see the girl in the left side of the window, to take her out of the center of the picture... but thats personal taste, I prefer to se the main attraction out of center. Just try it !

Very well composed and perfectly exposed. I love the off-center composition and how the asymmetry of the window with respect to the frame is "echoed" by the asymmetrical position of the girl's face in the window.
