Good photo, even excellent. I'm a little puzzled why you call this Salieri - so far as I remember, Salieri was the name of a composer who was a contemporary and competitor of Mozart, way back. Your note says "Mafia boss". I think you capture very well the hint of menace, the idea of the man caught offguard by a photogrpaher, and not welcoming the interruption. Maybe a little dangerous! You set the context - the restaurant - excellently, showing just enough detail to tell us where the action takes place (and a little of this man even, the life he leads) without overwhelming the main subject.
Good journalism indeed. Lot better than rice paddies my friend! :-). Yes, you must tell the truth about your country - but the rice paddies, although true, have been told by so many people, so many times. This photo shows a truth too little told.
