Looks as if he would be a target that just came alive...:-) I like that and the mood, and the light. Original and nice. Wondering whether the color on the face was really necessary, though...
Good photo. The harsh appearance of the model with his slight sneer is emphasized by the blue and red lights -- which happen to be the lights used by the State Police here in NY. The single main light also gives a feeling of harshness, while the shadowed side tells of things hidden, things you _really_ would not want to know. The chain and the red cap form an ellipse around the model's head, echoing the ellipses on the target.
Also, the ragged edge of the picture keeps any idea of smoothness, of ease, away from the viewer's mind.
Good picture. But I would not want to meet this guy on a well-lit street, let alone a dark alley!!
