The lighting is beautiful and flatering and she's so totaly real that you don't need anything else beyond this raw image itself to describe "woman." Can you hear the music she's raising her arms to? I can.
I think this is a wonderful portrait of your wife. I like the use of black and white. How the light coming from the left illuminates the front of her face and the side of her beautiful belly.
