Rob, HI.
I forgor to mention about my background.
I have been using it. When doing black and white photos
is appears entirely black. In color films it sometimes stays
this way.
It?s my wall of brick with sand and cement (which is grey) not well cemented. Just drops of cement. Then I took a spray
of ink - brown - and spread it on the wall in some parts to give those littler brown tones. To buy a background could be better but it is too expensive. But I have a white background that I use. But when I use the whit background my
camera read the background over the model or over any other white thing before it. Terrible.

Hi, Arrey. Hi Rob.
Thanks for giving me your nice comments about this pict.
Yes, the face is a bit oily. But indeed I like to make it
so because it shows our people the way they are.
I like this stuff of showing the way one dresses, makesup,
brush the hair, cut the hair. So , that?s Marcos with his beard (i ask him to cut but he says he likes it) and so on.
What I try to do with photography is this: To show how
people really are.
I?d like to clarify more but my english is not so good. Sorry.
But thanks for coming to my portfolio.

I generally agree with the others. However, I think despite the hotspot, this works because of the obvious mood in the picture. The contrast says a lot to me. Others may disagree. What did you use for the background? I like it.

Great Rey!

Ultra is very good. but please, do not forget the light sensitivity.

I love this shot.

When I talk of centralization, I mean, the focused Object shoutld be keep in the middle of the Picture. I also understand there are my photographers who always disagree with is law. This Pic is a good example of a centralised object.

look at this shot, this guy is a black guy with an oily face. You should always take tha in to consideration. With oil on his face, is the rereflection uneven (scattered). You either apply some powder on the persons face of you don?t use the flash. I am sure you know all this.

take care.
