i really like this photo a lot. the hand holding the pipe really brings the viewer into the scene. the lighting and composition are excellent. the only thing that bothers me about this is the right side edge of the glasses that is in complete darkness, i think that sticks out too much and is a little distracting.

I love the crisp, sharp black and white in this photo. Also, the tones, textures and tight crop are excellent.

Hi Morten,
very fine portrait you made here. The composition is very nice (although the fingers at the end of the pipe are a bit distracting).
The only problem I see is the burned part of the face. I think you should try to correct that in PS (if feasible), or re-shoot it at -1 stop at least.
