I think that the exposure needs to be longer than 1/50. I like the shot and the composition is good but I don't like how the water looks. If you gave the water a more fluid look I think that this shot would work better...

How about a slightly lighter color version? My images always look lighter on my home computer when I upload them...darker when I get to work and view it there.

Nice, but in my opinion you should try with slower shutter speed as 1/8 or 1/4s.
Composition is excellent, mood too.
