Nice shot! The green is very eye-catching. Wonderful details and sharpness. I agree with Mary Sue about where the stem separates from the leaf. The composition is strong as is. But placing the stem on a diagonal might also be interesting.

Lovely light. Can you clone out the tiny area at the bottom where the leaf separates from the stem? It isn't a big deal, but it is somewhat distracting. Otherwise, this is a pefect example of an effective macro.
