About Shot with a polarizer and a 2-stop ND grad, on tripod (sound familiar?). I really should have laid myself flat on the ground to get the red lodge reflection off the water. Well, live and learn. Location: Bow Lake, Bannf National Park, Alberta, Canada.

Beautiful scene but the composition seems unpleasant... the house shouldn't be on the center of the pic because it's the point-of-interest here, according to Rule 1/3 it should be placed more to the right, and the horizon should be put more to the top or lower according to the rule too... and the exposure seems a bit underexposed (1/2-1 stop)... to make this pic more dramatic, I think it's better to take this scene with wider lenses

Nice composition.
A bit noisy.

Kenneth,

You saw the same thing I saw with this shot. I would have liked to see more of the red roof in the reflection. But great shot anyway!

Hello again Kenneth. What I like about this shot is the way you fill up the entire frame, but without making it too busy. The house is centered just right. You cannot put it into the middle since that snowcapped mountain simply commands the lions share here. The rest of the scene lays out elegantly as well. The contrast here is astounding to me...a variety of colors again. I like what the tall grass to the right does here as well. Forget the house reflection. Looks like you would literally have to get into the water. Only thing this shot needs is a frame and to be hung up on somebodys wall.
