I should explain that the idea wasn't mine - it's an idea from a photo by Heather McFarlane, which I saw on a different site, and asked her if she'd mind if I copied the idea (not the photo). She was kind to respond, "Click away!" So this is my interpretation (for now ...)

Interesting try. Some sort of colored light at the back would make the drop more appealing. Now its rather bland though. Good try.

Very original and interesting. I don't know what it all is or how it was done (the 'stick' thing seems to have a false edge around it or something). Whatever, and however, I love how the strange background is mirrored in the water droplet. Top marks for originality, it certainly made me look. Well done.
