About Every year in mid august, chefs from around the world gather in San Juanito, a small mountain town in the northern state of Chihuahua Mexico to take part in the "Mushroom Festival" (Feria del Hongo). San Juantio is well known worldwide for its wide diversity of wild mushrooms.

A lovely detailed and well exposed image of this Fly Ageric mushroom, I fear though, that if you ate this, you would be very ill, it is poisenous. Best regards - Richard.
