About	Shot this Satyr in my yard Saturday mornings. It was early with the first rays of sunlight illuminating the butterfly. Used 68mm of extension and tripod. Natural background produced by the use of the long lens. He even left me a little present below his rear end, how nice!!

Maybe another Editors Choice ? really good accurate detail. The extension tubes really help here. my macros with the 300 end up being cropped sections, whereas I would guess you get a larger primary image. nice job ! jimc

Amazing macro. It's got the right amount of DOF and the smooth background helps the critter pop.
