The blown out aspect is distracting as well as the car. I like the buildings and grafitti around them. I tried b&w and cropping off the bottom half and didn't think it was dull or ordinary.

actually less contrast, look at the white shirt, but if i tone it down it becomes dull and ordinary. It's the colors that do it in my opinion.
