Rhonda, the toning is done in PS, though I usually only reduce the saturation of the red/magenta levels in IR images to achieve a warm tonality, which just happens to resemble sepia.

Is the sepia toning done by PS? This is wonderful, love the composition, the shadows, the toning, the IR effect. I just love it. In my favorites!
