This image raises questions . . . What were the ancient indiginous people who built these monoliths really like? Were these icons symbols of their religion? Perhaps a car culture which dominated their daily life?
We may never know.

Very nicely done...really like the composition. What a small world, I happen to live in the city 3 miles from this attraction. It's been a great location to photograph. The group that oversee's Carhenge and its creator just celebrated its 16th year during the summer solstice by burying a cadillac time capsule to be opened in 50 years. Carhenge was built as an exact replica of Stonehenge.
