I have to disagree with Craig (respectfully) about the composition. To me, the log is a distraction, not an enhancement, and the building looked chopped off at the knees.
Also, was the building leaning? If not, you need to 'square up' one of the corners because to me the building appears to be falling backwards. If there is a reason that you can't get bottom and top of this building clearly, perhaps you could concentrate on some of the neat detail on the facade. Gorgeous brickwork. A little brighter day (or sunrise/sunset lighting?) could make this glow beautifully.
