I went into the field of wheat were they were working. I photographed them with a film camera and a poloriod camera. They loved the poloroid prints I gave them. More farm workers came to me. I gave them poloroid prints and and made many film photos. They were very friendly. We all enjoyed our meeting.
One of the best family portraits. The tones - colours looks deep and nice, especialy at this background that also is uncommon. I can say this photo diserve more than my good rating NOT only for the emotional appeal that it has but also because these people are from a country in a ....VERY long distance. (Simple I cannot go there, not only me but also the most of people, so your photo IS ORIGINAL)
Hey, Gil, good idea to bring the polaroid. I like the varied expressions, the endearing smile from the mother. It might have helped to zoom in some more, to give emphasis to the faces. Maybe kneel down and use some kind of noisemaker to keep everyone looking at the camera. I just looked through your portfolio, you have eclectic ideas. Some of the images have a hint of oversharpening artefact, what software are you using?
