About	This is the story: I was out on a field at night and set my camera on the ground for a 30 second exposure up at the sky, and then turned on my cell phone and waved it over the lens for a brief period and this is what happened. I thought it looked pretty nifty. Thanks. -Matt

While this is interesting to you because of your experience-- and it is a good experiment, I just don't think there is enough "there" there. Perhaps some heavy cropping on the right, and maybe some contrast adjustment to bring out the faint lights better? Just my thoughts.
