I like how everything except her face looks slightly "fragmented". This works well because of the bright red dress, would normally have distracted the beauty of her face and the character it shows. Did you do this in PS or was it the camera?

This is a gorgeous shot. I love the blown out hair lighting balanced by the darker side. Is the blurring in-camera or Photoshop? Very nice...
