Wow... this is awsome!! Such wonderful capture and so sharp too! Also I LOVE this colour combination! Maybe a little bit of crop at the bottom would make it "cleaner"?

What a beautiful picture. Excellent lighting and to get both of these together is a lot of luck. I think that you could darken the edges a bit and it would take the eye away from some of the sticks and things that bother you. Will show you what I am talking about in an email. Great w ork Jim. Don.

This is an interesting and complex composition that reminds me a bit of those old zoological prints that depicted various insects together on one type of plant. I don't think the colors are at all distracting, Jim. Fun work!

Jim; a beautiful and very colorful image. It has got to be very unusual to capture two large insects on the same branch at the same time-- and in good light! While busy, I actually like some of it-- like the grass head in the upper right and some of the splashes of color in the background. The subjects are separated enough from the background that it's not a serious distraction, IMO. Nice shot!

This is one of the finest macros images I've ever seen, my first thought after my jaw fell on my chest was this would make a great puzzle.... The quality is stunning well done Jim - Richard.

Beautiful image, Jim. Very appealing image, with good light and color. The scene if very busy, but the two subjects seem to hold your attention. The butterfly looks sharp, but the dragonfly is a little soft. The problem with a smaller f/stop, to increase DOF, is you loose that nice out of focus background. For me, it's always a tough decision on how much to step down the lens. Mostly just depends on the background, I try to use the DOF Preview button when I remember. Great work, Keep it up.

Fantastic capture - It's difficult enough to get these to play individually, never mind jointly! Great job Jim.
