Hey! Tanks for all the positive comments! Actually, we did not ski at all in the Monts Groulx. We had so much snow falls that week (>100cm). It was way faster using snow shoes...

Hello fellow canuck, fellow climber. Nice to see this style of pic on the usefilm site, post some more! This one is alluring. Some viewers may not realize that the skiers are touring, not just sliding downward endlessly. The dark silhouette is fine for my tastes. That surreal, bleak landscape brings back lots of memories.

By underexposing the snow the sky is rendered nicely. What you could do as well is use a split neutral density filter to lower the contrast between sky and snow. I like the picture, two people surrounded by a threatening sea of snow ;)
