Thank for your criticism, but why should your tip be better? with normal photographic methods, such an effect is hardly to be realized. I find the result is successful and will still pursue my type of the treatment.

Here is a tip: Instead of faking the movement in photoshop, use a slower shutter speed when taking the photo. The results will be much more realistic. This unfortunately screams "photoshop".

@Rick, The picture is processed with Photoshop. I used that movement fuzziness filters and generated a dynamic movement.
