Yes, I was panning the aircraft on the right. The aircraft on the left was entering the frame closer to me and in the opposite direction.
That one is also closer to the camera (explaining why it's not sharp, DOF at long distance and long teles is small).

Combined speed of the two was over the speed of sound, shutterspeed around 1/500 second.

Did you do panning in this shot? Or were they flying at different speeds? I'm trying to understand why one of them is sharp and the other blurred.

Anyway, while the speed and closeness of the planes can be nicely seen here (they look as if they were about to collide), I get the impression that the blurred plane wasn't meant to be in the image and flew into the shot 'by accident'. This is partly because of the blurriness, and partly because of the crop. On the other hand, the positioning of the sharp plane is almost perfect compositionally.

A bit more exposure wouldn't hurt IMO, it's a bit underexposed.

Timing is everything! Nice capture. Sure shows the speed of closure of those two birds.
